Ich bestätige, dass ich in gutem gesundheitlichem Zustand bin und keine akuten Erkrankungen, Verletzungen oder Kontraindikationen für eine Massage vorliegen.

Ich werde vor der Massage duschen und achte auf persönliche Hygiene.

Mir ist bekannt, dass der Masseur keine sexuellen Dienstleistungen anbietet und solche Wünsche unzulässig sind.

Im Falle eines Abbruchs der Massage durch unangemessenes Verhalten oder auf eigenen Wunsch erfolgt keine Rückerstattung der Kosten.

I agree to shower before the massage and maintain personal hygiene.

I understand that the massage therapist does not offer any sexual services, and such requests are not acceptable.

In case the massage is terminated due to inappropriate behavior or upon my request, no refund will be given.
